NAAAWWZ. Okay, enough picking on the newbie.
The lines are normally run underneath the carpet, and through the firewall. The nitrous kits that i am familiar with are direct port kits. The one line is fed into a "canister" type thingy, attached to the fender, or firewall etc. 4, 6 or 8 (depending on amount of cylenders) lines come from the "canister." Each line is fed into the cylender port, or intake ports.
My second one that i've done, although im not sure the correct name of it, i think its a fogger style kit (?), but the line from the bottle is fed though the firewall into a solinoid. From that, the line goes to a second solinoid.2 lines come out of the second solinoid, and attach to both sides of the throttle body.

Come on guys, the guy is just asking for some help...
Here is the SVT motor with Nitrous hardlines attached and a purge line.. this is an example of direct port injection.
http://www.joeyandmona.com/albums/album13/Pict0054.sized.jpg
from there the lines would go through the firewall (like CADguy said) under the carpet and into the trunk or whatever the mounting location you chose. (don't foget to tilt the bottle and perhpas a bottle warmer??)

When all else fails you have the worlds best resource at your finger tips. Use the search feature and look up nitrous oxide. Or has the interenet rendered the younger generation helpless?
NOS is a brand name Nitrous Oxide Systems

This page has all the tech info you would need as well as a basic description of how it works

the relationship between nitrous and nos is similar to that of tissues and kleenex. even though kleenex is a brand of tissues, most people call tissues 'kleenex'. same thing with nitrous and nos. nos has become so renowned with nitrous that the word 'nos' is equated to nitrous without even thinking about it.

"NOS" is for losers who have slow cars and they just break them in the process(If your car doesn't have more fuel to burn with the Oxygen, and enough exhaust flow [mufflers don't count damn people who think a civic with the meyer Big Boomer $15 muffler is a fast car should burn and be tortured in tunr hell] it will eventually break the motor). Real men call it Nitrous Oxide and put it in after there car is modded to the max on parts an tuning (timing, lift, shift points, etc) , not gas, but when it comes to wiring: either one line in the intake plenum (hose from airbox to mainfold)(Dry), one in the fuel line (Wet), or two lines (one fuel one N2O) feeding into a V shaped fogger nozel (<?) with one fogger per cylinder in each port of the intake manifold. BTW how did you get a Nitrous tank? I need one for my D50's NX N-Ter-Cooler.

There's 3 options here... Without being nasty!!
Plug in pipes / bottles where you think would be best.
If you want to add Nitrous or whatever you want to call it, just take SLK320 very nice pic as a reference.
If you want to keep the modd'ed engine as authentic, realistic and detailed as possible make / fit a supercharger.
I own a modded ST170 (the European version the SVT was based on) and only a very few cars (worldwide) have fit nitrous due to puddling problems with the new Ford duratec engine.
As a ref have a look at the engines and fast focus catalog on the www.fordracingparts.com web site. This is where most people with modded Focus's get their engine kit from anyway so you can be confident our kit will be realistic.
May also give you some good ideas for body kits etc...

I think a ref to www.fordracingparts.com is both a useful and positive thing to post..
The wings west and APC part of the fast focus catalog have some great ref pics for anyone thinking about starting a custom mod.
Plus there's more pictures of Ford engines on http://www.fordracingparts.com/crateengine/main.asp to keep more detail conscious modeler happy.
