Intake problems on B18A??

HELP!!! I just put a 94 B18 intake manifold onto a 90-92 B18A1 Block. The Engine has been put in a 89 Civic Si and has a 90-92 B18A1 ECU hooked up at present. I'm also running the 90-92 B18A1 injectors. Engine has no real mods on board but it does have a adjustable FPR.

NOW......

When it starts up it runs rough, sounds like it has a dead miss really, but the cam and crank timing are bang on and I did the obvious cap/rotor/plugs/wires thing. Engine seems to have a fair bit of power but it seems to still lag back alot (had a 89' CRX w/ZC motor and it pulled way better?). Also can't get idle down below 1250rpm without stalling out. Seems to be overfuelling badly as I'm getting a bit of blue/black smoke when running.

NOW IT GETS WORSE......

FPR is set to 41psi it smokes like mad and bairly runs at all. I turn it back till my gauge is running 24psi and I get a bit of smoke and more power but no idle. At 24psi it should be so lean it burns a whole in a piston but mine runs???!!!! Is my ECU correct and why the weird FP stuff??? HELP PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

is the CEL on... any vacuum leaks, any bad sensors. I once found a vehicle running rough and not being able to idle.. checked and found that the o-ring for the map sensor was missing...are all the connectors plug in. any loose wires in the wiring harness...do you have bad gas... I would check a vacuum leak or a bad map sensor!!!!! GOOD LUCK!!

Thanks for taking time out to answer me. After so much BS I have finally got it figured out. Ran a compression test on all cylinders and found that number 2 had 55lbs compression. So after having a minor heart attack (freshly rebuilt motor!) one of my friends suggested checking the valve lash. Found the intake and exhaust on that cylinder were WAY out! Set them up.....compressions back up and it runs like it was new! Thanks all for your time though.
