Help with Hypertech Power Programmer

I bought a programmer off some idiot on ebay for my 97 formula and it says vin mismatch because he didnt set his back to stock and he wont do anything about it does anyone know where i can get that fixed or reset, i called hypertech and they said its 300 to get it fixed through them please help before i go to this guys house and beat him!!

dude file something with ebay...thats complete bullshit he has to reset that if he said he did in the bid. he should have to give you the money back or at least reset it for you

i did file something with ebay, paypal, and that square trade place and i get nothing the guy just stopped responding to all my emails and everything. i already sent it back to him once and when he sent it back it said the same thing and this sucks that there is nothing i can do.
