I had to vote for the McLaren. I mean, duh. It's a few steps above all the others.

Ya, I know, It was hard to put anything up there with it. All of it's competition is less or more than 12 cylinders. (XJ220, EB 16/4, Saleen S7, etc...)

Oh, man....I'm a Ferrari Die-Hard, but theres no way I'd take any of those cars over the Mac.

But, once you take the McLaren out, it's 550 all the way :D

I take the Aston Martin all the way. Yeah, some of the cars are a little faster to a whole hell of a lot faster, but if speed were the only issue, I'd take a bike. No, not the ten-speed variety either. Those Aston are one sweet ride.

Even if speed isn't taken into account, I don't take the Aston. I've heard that handling feels somewhat sluggish. I'm sure it's a great car, and full of luxury, but I want something that will make me feel good as a driver, and I think the McLaren would provide that the best...central driving position, "superbike acceleration", and handling like a mutha.

1. F1

How can you go wrong with the F1?

2. Diablo 6.0

Lambo always made there cars special

3. 550

It's a Ferrari so you already know is fast, looks cool, sound nice etc.

4. Aston

Great car but there are better

5. Benz

$200k car thats not your everyday Benz. But still less of a car than the other four. Yet very awesome compaired to 90% of all other cars. ;)

Great Choices, Racer 20.

That's my sentiments too, but I have difficulty choosing between the 550 and the 6.0. If it's the soon to be 550M, it's Ferrari easily. If it's the Diablo VT or SV it's Ferrari. But, stock Ferrari vs. tuned Diablo! That's a tough call. I'd have to drive 'em first.

That is true about the diablo, I don't know if any other car companys do this but, at Lamborghini, Not every diablo is the same, some have more chassis flex and stuff like that. It's really interesting. I read it in the Motor Trend with the new Diablo 6.0.

Yeah, Lamborghini is strange... I heard that like, no worker ever gets overtime, and working is optional. If you don't want to work, don't come in...no pay, but no other consequences. I don't know the truth to that though.

Sounds true enough, the company dosen't really lose money and the workers are probably stress-free and happy. If I worked for Lamborghini, I would come in everyday.

I'd come in with an air mattress and a sleeping bag and never leave.

I have to vote for the Diablo 6.0

It was a hard choice between the McLaren and the 6.0, but I'm leaning more towards the

look, the diablo 6.0 is the best diablo yet, but that doesn't make it anything like the mclaren... that car is insane... I'll always defend that car's honor to the grave. I saw one and touched one and nearly got thrown out of mclaren's showroom in london for not keeping back from the car... I really wanted to sit in it, what can I say? the others are designed to sell in their market. The ferrari 550 maranello is the best car available today, but it is NOT an exotic. Its what Chevrolet would try to make the corvette if they could afford to... excellently designed, fast, stable, livable, every man's dream car.. but you could drive it every day, and you'd listen to howard stern on the radio in the morning... a diablo owner leaves the windows down and listens to the induction roar. This is an automotive column, we're pushing "the rush" here, and the mac is a cut above the rest. shame on any of you who can't recognize the difference.

Good Point. The Mclaren is obviously in it's own level, way above the others but there aren't that many V12 Exotics that are as well know out there. I could have added the Buggatti EB110, and some others but Then you just get a huge list with sparse favourtism for one car.

Damn, Porsche beat me to the EB110! Oh well. It is interesting how all Lambos are different. Some have 600 hp, some understeer, others oversteer, etc. The McLaren is in a league all by itself, maybe against the F50 or F60 is a bit fairer. Astons dont do it for me, it just seems, I cant explain it, they just dont turn my crank. The Benz doesnt belong here.

So, the winner is.... McLaren (duh!)

those choices seemed weird to me. you have two super exotic all out sports cars. then you have three luxury cruisers, really fast luxury cruisers though. dont get me wrong i like all those cars (except the benz, i'm not too crazy bout benz's), but IMO it should have V12 exotics that are in the same class. i would pick the McLaren hands down. another question...how come the F50 wasn't put in in place of the 550?
