91 accord power locks

i have a 91 accord and the power locks wont work. i have to manually lock the doors. i heard about the reset method, but does it only work for 98 and up? also my ac/heater comes off and on when it wants to, but the ac fan is blowing. what could be the problem?

I dont know about the rest of your problems, but i do know that your power door lock problem is most likely the control module in the drivers door just above the speaker. You'll have to take the door panel off to get to it, after that its held on by two philips head screws. My dealership wanted about 250 for a new module, i picked three up for about 15 (some friends had the same problem) from a local junk yard near where i live, and fixed my problem.
