How do you replace 93 Accord headlight bulbs??

I looked through the owners manual and it actually doesn't show how to do this. It shows how to replace every other kind of bulb , but not headlights. I need to replace my passenger side headlight. Do I just need to take out the battery, and twist/unscrew the socket?? Because I've tried that and I couldn't get it out. I researched it and now think I might need to take the bumper off, is this correct? Help me I'm lost!! Thanx.

Hey can you tell me how to replace the headlight bulbs? I have no manual, its a '97 honda accord but maybe you can still help since you figured out how.

Thanks

OLD thread!
I imagine the '97 is the same as the '93. The bulb is held in place with a locking ring. The ring is sometimes hard to budge (I've used a piece of wood and rubber hammer to loosen it sometimes). When the ring it unlocked, the bulb just comes out free.
