I have an idea, take a vaccume, ducktape a hose to the end and shove the hose down into each cylinder through the spark plug holes, that should suck up 95% of the water in the cylinders.

lol^^
i pressure washed my engine and i got water down in the sparkplugs, i just used an air compressor to blow all the water out of there.
so my advice is get your car to a relaible sourse of air and blow the shit out of your engine

take about 3 tablespoons of automatic tranny fluid and put it in each cylinder, let it sit for 24hrs then come back and try to turn it over with a breaker bar! i hydrolock my dirtbike motor constantly from ice racing (ice/water in the intake) and the motor siezes, the tranny fluid coats the piston rings and re lubes them and the cylinder walls, if you get it to turn over, start it then drive it for a good ways (around the block a lot so if it dies then just push it home) and replace the plugs after it gets done smoking cause it goin to smoke like a bitch seeing there is tranny fluid in the cylinders! good luck, hope it helps

try the tranny fluid supposedly it will work even if the engines sat for a month you just have to let it soak in longer

oh well in that case put the tranny fluid in there right away... like as soon as you read this go get some auto tranny fluid and put it in there! let it sit atleast 12-18hrs. then try to turn it over by hand with a breaker bar!
