Want 0-60 in low 5s

hye guys this is my first forum and i was wondering somethin. I have a 99 manual mustang v6 and was wondering how i could get it to go 0-60 in the low 5s. The guy who last had this car put a ford gt take off dual exhaust system but i think i could have a better sound also. Any advice would be great.

A blower would get you there. Not a chance with bolt ons unless you start hacking off sheetmetal.

any bolt ons that would help, puuley kits, rear gears, i expected to see a blower and i was thinking bout one but im only 17 im gonna have to save up some money.

Gears will help you accelerate quicker. 3.55's or 3.73's

so 3.55s would be a waste but what about 3.73s??

351 Stang. Do you mean 3.55s would be a waste in his v6 mustang or they are a waste in general. I have ran 4.56s, 4.11, 3.73, 3.55, and 2.73 gears in my nova all at one time or another and while its pretty close between the 3.73s and 3.55s, I must say the 3.55s are the best gear I have ran yet... gets you off decent out the hole and doesnt limit your top speed al that much. Just my :2cents:
