Battery light on - 90 Accord EX

The battery light is flashing on/off and sometimes just staying solid. The alternator has been checked and is good, a fuse has been changed, and the battery was replaced about a month ago. So what is the problem?

I have been having the same problem the past couple of weeks--except I just brought my car in and I was told that it was my alternator. I'm interested to hear if people think it might be something else . . .

check the connection of the battery. also check to see if the battery ground is bad/loose.

also check the tention on the alternator belt.
