OK I have two problems that I think they are related. The first one is the air condition, its not blowing air and its hot here. Which lead me to believe the blower motor was bad but its not. So I tested the connector to the blower motor and its not receiving any power. So this is where I’m at now, no power going to the air conduction blower motor.
The second problem I think is possibly related to the first issue is the windshield wipers stopped working. I haven’t tried any other testing on the wipers other then turning them off and on and just not responding. The wipers were not working very well to begin with. They would sometimes work but slow and sometimes not work at all but it would make a noise and sometimes they would work fine. Now the wipers don’t make a noise at all.
I need some help
Thanks

Check for a bad switch/connection or a blown fuse.

They might have shorted out and caused the other problems, look for blown fuses and inspect the wiper motor.

Have you checked ALL the fuses, both under the hood and in the dash?

The wiper problem is an on going problem... there was a recall for it but that only included pre 1997...
My 98 blazer is having the same problem... What I did was took the board out of the wiper motor and resoldered the joints and put it back in... this worked for a little bit... Then I noticed that the plug to the motor wasn't seating in all the way.. cleaned it up but still wouldn't seat all the way but the wipers would work... and when they didn't work, I would just push the plug in or wiggle it or take it out and then plug it back in....
I would call Chevy and complain about the problem as it won't be recalled untill enough people have complained about this safety hazard...
I am just glad that when it happened most recently, to my wife who was on the freeway when they stopped working... I am gratefull that she was able to get off the road and out of harms way... or else I would have been one pissed off widowed husband and suing the living dog snot out of Chevy for this problem... instead I am just one pissed off husband rite now.... Now it is time to call the Better Business Bureau Auto Hotline and complain to them also.....
Thank you for letting me vent...
