How do you put pics from microsoft word on the forum

I created some graphics on adobe illustrator and i had to convert it to microsoft word.
i'm trying to show the pics of my new graphics but i cant upload them from word to the forums.

ANY SUGGESTIONS?

i checked the how to but it didn't help

They need to be .jpg, not .doc.

Save them as a .gif or .jpg and upload them onto imageshack
