i personally like the blitz kit better, but its all up to you

One thing with body kits you should remember. You get what you pay for
a 2000 dollar kit = fits ok easy install
a 400 dollar kit= A SHIT LOAD OF WORK.

BLITZ??? everyone and their moma have a blitz kit. Its played out as hell... Every single eclipse i see have thye sorry ass blitz.

i agree wit hellah on the blitz.. its been there done that. the rear end on that first one is bout to make me gag. i got a 96 and i looked at bodykits and decided f that.. im going wit the 97-99 conversion on mine..

HEYYY i have an idea if you guys hate same old styles and cant decide. Why dont you find a site that sells a full body kit for $99.99 . You will get 4 blocks of fiberglass with a plastic knife a picture of a kit and instructions on how to cut the fiberglass then you can cut your own kit.

OR........... you could cut your own kit the way you want!! people bitch wayyy to much in this world and need to accept that there is more than one of mostly everything

Body kits arnt worth it the only reason why anybody would get a body kit it would only have to be the front bumper for intercooler purpose like the blitz bumper actually is perfect for turbo cause it has that big slot in the middle thats just about the perfect size of an intercooler. Otherwise dont get them too much work and money infact if you want to buy the offical blitz body kit you would end up paying close to the same amount as a turbo kit. OFfical blitz body kit just for the front bumper alone its like 600 bucks.

agreed, the blitz is very much played out. and doesn't make you stand out any better than the others. personally the bomex fits my taste. some might think it's too much, but i like it wayy better than the blitz. and if you got the extra bucks, get the poly version.

to me, images is everything. having a nice looking eclipse with all the supporting mods is better than a normal looking one that does 11s. to me, it'll look good 24/7 while the 11 second will only go that fast few times a week if you allow it. :) you may think other wise.

Wow your right only to me there is nothing worse then seeing a body kit that is cracked broken off paint chipped off along the bottoms.
Personaly im against body kits even though i have one myself i was stupid and paid 900 for it now i realize i shouldnt have. I keep my suspension raised up ive had it for close to a year now and i only have 1 tiny scratch along the bottom of the bend part where you cant even see it and thats only cause i did it to avoid an accident i hit the curb a little to get out of the way of traffic cause i was being hella dumb.

I suggest putting that money somewhere else like your engine. For the money that it'd take to get a kit and put it on right you could have so much in your engine. Trust me I've researched, bought, sold, gone through the whole deal with kits and they're a waste of time and you do it to look original, nowadays after F&F you're more original if you keep it stock. Waste of money if you ask me. Insallation is more than the bodykit itself and if you don't plan on having it put on professionally, don't plan on it looking good or fitting well whatsoever, I thought just as you did and got a huge slap in the face, turn around before you regret it.. just my 2 cents!, good luck with the car though.

I'd have to agree with him^^.I'd say go with the Blitz if you are going to get a body kit. If you live in a little backwater place like I do (Indiana) then Body kits are still wayyy original and stock is overdone(if thats possible) Anyways,If it was me I would invest in alll the audio/visual stuff first,other than the engine that's the most expensive work you can do and its best to get the heavier stuff out of the way while you have the cash, then later on you can grab a kit off of ebay for $200 or so(you might have to make it fit to your car but once you have it on right,its not coming off :rolleyes: If you dont like the look of the blitz go with the boomex(i think thats right :banghead: ) It's all up to you though. I mean.....its your car....right??.... :2cents:
