Couple of questions:)

If there is anyone that has parts of 95 trecel( I need passenger side front wheel panel...i think that's what it's called) and mine is dark blue so that would be awesome but will take any color obviously. Would you pretty please e-mail me [email protected]
And like I said before don't know much, rather hardly anything about cars at ALL... so does my car need certain type of brakes and how would I reaplace them??

A local junkyard is a good place to find fenders. As for the brakes any parts store will have the pads or shoes for you.
