03 Accord Coupe vs 02 acura CL

which one is faster? an 03 accord v6 VS. 02 Acura 3.2 cl?? Assuming their both automatic, and if the acura cl is automatic and accord v6 is manual?

3.2 CL: 225 HP@5600...216 LB/FT@4700

ACCORD V6: 240 HP@6250...212 LB/FT@ 5000

All things considered, if both drivers are fairly equal, my money would probably be on the Accord in either case. Unless the Acura is a Type-S, of course...
