want to remove abs?

I just removed the motor and trans. today,I m wanting to remove the abs system.I know where everything is located.Im just wondering if Ineed to plug the lines that go from the abs resevior to the master cylinder or what? Any info from anyone who has removed the abs and been sucsessful Please help....92 teg Ls auto BuCkeT
