Disc brake conversion on 2001 Montana

I want to convert my Montana from drum brakes on the rear, to disc brakes.

Has anyone done this, and if so how difficult was it?

Is it even possible to do, I understand that some models do come with rear disc brakes.

All info will be welcome.
