Carrera Mesh

I purchased some mesh from a guy at work that had a role of some very very fine mesh.
I have yet to receive my Carrera kit so I'm not sure how the engine cover looks but I know I will not use all the mesh I purchased for the one engine cover!
I would be willing to sell some to anyone willing to pay.
I paid $30 for a role about 1ft. by 4 ft.
Again I'm not sure how to make it work but I know this will work for that purpose.
Here are some pictures.

looks like 80 or 120 grid mesh filter, maybe even 160 cant say from this side of the ocean :) Is that steel or just nickel coated. If it is coated too expensive, if steel not necessary.
from what I see from the tamiya kit decals, the carrera motor mesh looks like hexagonal and very rough as in 20 or even lower grid mesh. But I bet it will give a different look to the engine cover of the carrera when used. That mesh u have will be better though for air intakes and such.
