My wipers won't work!!!

My mom has a 2001 Hyundai Accent and all of a sudden the wipers quit working. If we put a fuse in it, once you turn on the wipers it blows, can anyone tell me what this is from?

i had a problem like that, but mine was becasue i was too lazy to fully clean the snow off my windsheild, i took it to a dealership and all they did was tighten a screw
