I own a 2000 elantra and the left rear window just fell, I checked it out and found that the motor is fine but the cable has jumped out,If any one has had this problem I would appreciate any help you can give me.The cable still runs though the motor but just loops at the bottom it looks like should loop around a pulley I could pull the other side apart but Im still trying to get the black sealant off me
Thanks
Thanks

Hi,I have a 2000 elantra also.I had the same problem with both rear doors.I went to the dealer and they replaced a regulator.I thing this is something like a plastic pulley. If you have less than 60,000 kmiles the dealer will do the job free.
Good luck!
Thanks
