Front Seat Lumbar support/rear fan control

I have a new 2004 TB with the power cloth seats. The Lumbar support is way too much even with it all the way depressed. It's killing my back. I'm about to get a "seat guy" to remove some of the padding. Any suggestions before I do? Is the Envoy seat better? I would consider replacing it with one, and then selling the new TB seat on E-bay. #2 Any way to have the rear fan contol always on? I need to turn it on everytime I restart the car. :banghead:

I heard the Envoy seats are sportier and have better side support. Those in the TB are comfortable for me, but I hate doing sharp turns, I'm sliding off the seats.

I have the leather seats in my 03 LTz and they are as hard as concrete after about an hour. What starts out as firm turns to just plain hard. Lateral support is not too good either. If the Envoy seats are different they must be better.
