love my kia but... not my dealer, he's to far to drive to ... one quick question sounds dumb i guess but where can i find the spark plugs on my 2003 kia spectra..? are they under the center of the cam cover between the cams or where? i'm gone lot like 30 days at a time and my wife says it was missing . took it to the dealer they replaced 1 plug and one wire. ran for 15 minutes or so then the light came back on and it still misses probly need to replace the rest of the plugs and wires but where are they?? thanks kevinrmck

If you have the engine cowl removed (the big plasitc piece on top to make the engine look purdy but serves no good purpose) then you can see the plug wires. Pull the wires, 1 at a time, and down in the hole will be the plug.

cylinder 2 and 4 have coil on plug setups bolted down to the valvecover.
4 10mm bolts between the 2 of them that need to be removed. sportage, 4 cyl optima, and spectra/sephia are this way.
