Dual plane is definetely the way to go. The best compromise is Edelbrock's Performer RPM Air Gap manifold. When you order the cam talk to the tech line and let them know what you want and they will tell you what you should buy. I recently installed a new cam into my 350. They give you a little questionaire asking you about your car. There I included what intake I planned on using. I use a dual plane from Weiand. I use that manifold cause it fits under my hood without too much hassle. I have a 73 Camaro and I don't have much room. Good luck.
