Newbie Question

Asking this question makes me feel like a total newbie to auto mechanics but hey there are no such thing as stupid questions, I checked the car manual and my Haynes repair manual to see if there was a plug that would make draining and flushing the coolant very simple, in each book i couldnt find anything on the location of this "plug" and while i searched under the radiator and the underbody i just couldn't find it. So does the 97' 4.6L T-bird have a drainplug for the cooling system?

I think they're supposed to be under the headers somewhere.

The drain is on the passenger side of the radiator near the bottom of the tank facing the engine. You may have to remove the electric fan to get at it easier.
