When I barely push the throttle, It sounds as if it might be clogged. I changed the fuel filter and it's not that, What can the problem be?

can be a host of things, change your oil, your air filter and do a full tune up on the motor, including plugs then try and diagnose it from there

Or it could be a clogged cat? Anyways i agree with tsugsr. IF you haven't got it tuned yet , then tune it up! ;)
