Need Help...

Hi everyone I have a 95 GXE that has 145,000 miles it overall has been a very good reliable car untill recently. It is well maintained and in excellent condition. It recently for the past two months has started cutting off with no warning. It can be in park or driving on hwy or sitting at a red light and will just cut off. I have noticed some power loss and hesitation. The fuel filter, spark plugs and starter have been replaced and it still does it, it is becoming very dangerous to drive any help would be greatly appreciated. Also if you do have suggestions please list how I would repair if you know how.
