Timming my 92 1.5 Honda Civic

I am having problems timing my civic. It is getting gas and spark from all 4 cyl. I don't know what im doing wrong it is probably something simple. I thank everyone who replies.

do you have an after market timing gear on the motor? is everything being set from TDC,Top Dead Center?
also is it running at all? if so how long. that info will also help.. good luck

take a compression test...!!!
