i've been looking into buying a 95' celica gt and was hoping to be able to upgrade it's performance a bit. what are some of the more inexpensive mods that will produce more horsepower?

headers, intake and exhaust, expect like 20-35 from that depending on brands

Be careful buying intakes. They can be expensive with no gain in power. Look for dyno results that are from an independent motorhead that back up the manufacturer's claims.

there arent many mods for the gt celica's with the 5sfe, any intake will help, if i were u i would just make my own cai, the one i have right now is off a 300zx i could feel a lil bit of a difference, but intake headers and exhuast wont give u anything more than 10, in most cases with intake header and exhuast people have gained 7-9 hp. u can do all that with upgraded sparkplug wires, and get some kinda fmu and then get maybe 18whp, but still u have to do alot.

lol ur funny. but it seems as if u don tknow shit about what ur talking about. i know for a face, almost any import will not have an 25hp gain from intake header exhuast to the wheels. yes maybe i havnt done any swaps. but i do read up on my shit. right now im working on turboing my 5sfe which i would recomend doing, if u want a cheap and efective mod.

haha u kiddn, id love to post a dyno slip of a before after shot of a camry 5sfe that got 28 hp from intake exhaust headers and ignition change
