1991 PA flasher module?

Hi, I'd appreciate any help on this one. My 91 Park Avenue flashers blink very slowly. Hazard lights flash normally. I suspect the problem may be due to a bad flasher module, but I have no idea where this is. I've looked at the wires under the dash near the steering column, but don't know what to look for. As I said, any help would be greatly appreciated!
