Electrical Problems...

How much do i hate this car, first it was the a/c, then the brakes, then the theft system..now, 2 days ago my battery light came on, I just replaced it in November. Today, while driving home, all lights came on (ABS, battery, theft, etc...) lights on dash went out and once i got it home it died and will not start. Battery, alternator, both?

1) check that all your connection are tight and clean.
2) start your car and check the voltage at the battery it should be over 13V. If under 13V you have an alternator problem.

12.6 or so is still fine at idle but most likely it is the alternetor at fault. When the battery light comes on it is a tell tale sign the alternator just took a crap.
