1987 Regal 307

I have a 87 Regal w/ 307 4barrel, working a/c. The only upgrade was that I put in a THM350. OK Here's my issue: THE GAS MILEAGE,there is NONE i get 7mpg on the highway. That makes my old 73 Caddy seem good.
