98 z fan and a/c not working

both my fan and a/c stopped working at the same time neither work the a/c pump does not come on nor does the cooling fan any ideas already checked the fuse and relay stuck and not sure what to do next

sounds like a possible control head issue to me. Try jumping the radiator fan with direct abattery power, if it starts you have a power supply problem, if it doesn't could be a bad motor. Regretfully, that wouldnt affect your A?C compressor, so the control head is the more likely culprit
