ok, I just found a website with a great price for a Borla catback which I want BADLY but it says that it is for automatic transmission only, does the trans has anything to do with the exhaust???? I'm really confused.

Last time i checked it had nothing to do with the transmission, just the manifold and stuff, But i could be wrong...

the transmission has to do with the routing of the pipes. obviously if the pipes have to go around a big auto tranny then they will have a different shape than the ones that fit around the manual tranny. I don't know if you can take the auto system and use it on a manual, just call the manufacturer and check with them.

posted the link so I can take a look at it... unless it’s on eBay and you want to keep the bidding low… I have bought two borla cat back systems, one for my 95 M6 and one for my 00 Auto and neither of them had a problem with putting it on... I don’t remember being asked if is was an auto or not and furthermore don’t think it even matters...

3rd and 4th gen camaros exhaust doesn't go around the transmission, so it wouldn't make a difference, unless there's something i'm not thinking about. y don't u call borla and ask if there is any difference?
