Got a red neon tube in the back of my car, Is it elligle or not?

first of all...its spelled illegal...second...it depends on which state you live in

red probably is...most cops will say it looks like a brake light. if you keep it off while you're driving you should be OK

I live in NC too... red and blue are illegal... so I went green.... on my (for now) blue Corolla
