!!!Can't decide on which sleeper...!!!

I think that geos are prettly cool for a sleeper. We all know how slow the CAN be. But hell they are light and cheap. So I was curious which of the geos is going to give me the most bang for my buck swap? What kind of cost for the swap. What kind of power is that going to put out?

Most of all what is involved?

I've read some of the past post here on swaps like the impulse into the storm and the swift gti into the metro, I just can't pick which one.
