1992 Dodge 3.3L Grand Caravan Fuel pump Check

My 1992 Caravan will not start. Turns over fine but won't start. Had same problem in Feb but once it started it hasn't happen since. Do not hear the fuel pump turn on when key is moved to the on position. Would like to know if anyone knows where the relay and fuse is before I go and change the pump. I can't seem to find the location in my Haynes Manual.

Most likely is your fuel pump finished. Relay is located close to your battery the first one is the relay for fuel pump the next three are for others. Cost around $150-$200 (store) $55-$64 (from junk yard). You need to take down the tank, the pump is inside the tank.
