Starting Issues

1995 Eclipse GS.......This car is driving me NUTS. If it doesn't start right up it floods. If I unhook the fuel injectors it fires right up. Ive checked the fuel pressure, 47lbs not running. The throttle position sensor checks good, the map sensor was replaced recently. I replaced the plugs with platinum bosh. If anyone could help with this issue I'd appreciate it. Thanks
