air conditioning will not go off

The heater does not put out heat. It puts out air conditioning air even with both the heater switches in heat mode. Cold refrigerated air comes out and you can hear the compressor turning off and on.

Also (maybe unrelated) every time I press the rear hatch button I blow a fuse.

Also (maybe unrelated) I have a radiator fluid (coolant) leak which I have not identified the location.

Why don't I get any heat?
