I only have about 50 miles on the new tires so far. Havent driven my truck much lately. They are noiser than the bfg all terrains. It isnt a bad louder I think they sound good.

650? You're lucky. Mine are close to $1000 for 35s. I love mine. They do AWESOME aired down in the mud, and they actuall wear really nice. They have lasted a lot longer than I expected them to.

265/75R/16 will cost me $220 each installed. That's in Canadian $$, so it's around the same.

I heard from a shop around here the the 285's will most likely rub, and with the MT's they prob would. They do make that size so you could try it and find out. For me, I'm putting 265/75 Firestone Destination M/T's on my truck. On tire rack they're rated better than the BFGoodrich but I dont know if they are, they sure as hell do look meaty though.

That is one badass lookin truck. Any btw..285's will not scrub..if you do everything right. You probably will have to turn the torsion bars just 1 or 2 rounds to give it the clearance it needs. Other than that, your ready. My 285's dont scrub at all.

I'm sorry I thought he meant the earlier gen, the 88-98 trucks, but no on the newer ones your right, the 285's should just go right on.
