Anyone know a good way to clear dull headlight lense covers? If not, got an estimate on replacement costs?

get compound, like waxing compound. I used it on my old 94 yukon and made em like brand new

If not you can always find good deals on eBay for replacements. They have all sorts of different kinds these days...

I've got some 3M polishing compounds. I'll give it a try Sunday. Thanks

Got 'er done. After looking at the lenses close, they were so bad, they had a slightly rough finish to them. The lenses looked frosted and couldn't even see the bulbs. I wet sanded them with some 1000 grit paper. They actually looked better after wet sanding them. Took them out of the truck. Used a drill motor and a small cloth buffing wheel about 3" diameter. Started off with some 3M super duty compound, then finished off with some 3M microfinishing compound. Looked really good. Then I heard about a buffing kit at Lowe's. It has a couple of buffing wheels of different sizes, and 3 different sticks of rouge. I used the medium sized buffing wheel and the black rouge. Man, let me tell you, I'm glad I didn't go spend the $$ on some new ones. They look just like new. I also made a pass on the blinker lenses with just the black rouge, didn't water sand these. Talk about shine. Just wanted to pass this on to save someone some $$. Big difference in how bright they are now too.
