steering wheel removal

i have an 87 grand marquis and have taken off the horn button, and unscrewed the big ass bolt in the center, but it wont pull off now and I cant see any other tricks to get it off (more things to undo etc) does anyone have any ideas? thanks

You need a steering wheel puller to get the steering wheel to come off. You can rent one from Autozone or buy a cheap one. Without one there is no chance of you getting it off.
