ok well when i start to move forward after about 15 mph and its in 2nd gear at like 1500 rpms i notice that now my car startede to jerk like forward and backwards whats causes this to happen??

The D is for drive...and the R is for reverse.... if you have a manual. the numbers are for foreward..and the r is for reverse. do not wiggle it inbetween. :)

assholes lol im j/k but i mean like when im going FORWARD (as in it is in D) lol the car seems like it gets bogged down and jumps around a lot like its not getting ennough air and or gas? yet its never done this before

nah i wouldnt sweat that...once my car (not any of my maros) but it started losing power and cutting in and out when i hit 2nd..i replaced the fule filter and pump and it Still hasnt gave me a problem..dont sweat it ;)

yeah the pump is in the tank, the filter is upstream of the tank on the driver's side, right in front of the rear wheel...

I had that problem.. do a fuel pressure test, a basic tune up, plugs wires, air filter cap&rotor, fuel filter. And if the problem still occours. It might be ur cat starting to plug up.

I have almost this same problem in my 89 C1500 truck. I gutted the cat and lots of odd crap came out of it, not just the porcelin or whatever, but like this sticky cloth came out with it. After i bolted it back on it accelerated better, but its still pretty bad. My timing is off a bit but im almost positive there is something else wrong. i know its not a camaro but nobody is ever in those C/K forums haha. Sorry bout' stealing your post too... :nono: :smile:

yeah im gonna have to do the plugs wires and fuel filter everything else i did like a month ago im just not rly lookin forward to taking off my headers to get to the plugs
