Front end problem

I have a 99 F-250 super duty. When I make sharp turns to either direction at very slow speeds I have a bad vibrations and popping sounds coming from the front end. Does anyone have any ideas as to what this could be?

I'm assuming your truck is 4WD and your front hubs are locked in. Unlock the front hubs and the noise & vibe should go away.
