i already know some people wear gloves to handle the body and chassis,
but i was wondering if anyone wears gloves while handling or assembling other painted parts, such engine parts, etc.?

Me too. I looked down at work one day and saw that i had blue spray paint all over my hands .....At least it matched my tie.

I only wear gloves when painting. Just for handling purposes I have never worn gloves.

I have soem cloth ones used for judging contests, otherwise I just keep my hands clean or hold the part with a cloth in my hand also
