brake lights

hey, just wondering if anyone knows what the # is on 95 grand am brake light bulbs? The moron that had my car before me glued them in and i dont wanna break them trying to get them out. Also if anyone knows if they make LED's to replace them and where to get them let me know. Thanks.

ok nvm i got the #. In case anyone is curious its 3057. And yes, they do make LEDs that size.

if you are talking about those LED lights that Pepboys,...etc sell don't get them they are a waste of money I've seen people who put them in, and the light looks like a little dot in the center of the brake lense...

well i gotta get a red bulb regardless cause i have clear taillights. I cant just keep the regular white bulb. I might try to find a red incondescent bulb but who knows. If the LEDs turn out to be a waste of cash then i guess i'll just hafta live with it. Thanks tho.

Check out www.andysautosport.com they may have the silver coated red bulbs... that would look hot also. since you are putting them into clear tails.
