Three Trucks 7 Rotor Caps

I just got off the phone with Chev Canada. Satisfaction is now 0.
We got 3 trucks all 2004, 2 1500 and 1 15903. Between the three of them we have replaced the rotor caps 7 times. The dealer (Brett Chev Olds) told us it’s just one of those things!!!. No way dude 7 rotor caps is not just one of those things. One of the trucks (15903) has AC and that might be the problem as pointed out in other postings in these forms. The other two (1500) have no AC and the problem is moisture getting in. We drive them on paved roads and only about 30 km a day. So how is the moisture getting in, go figure.
Chev Canada told me there is no recall and not likely one coming, the best they can do is after our warranty has expired we can call them and they will review the situation and might cover the cost after the warranty period is up.
This sucks big time we love our Chevy Trucks and I’d hate to go to a different manufacturer (Dodge!!) just to get satisfaction. In the past all of our Chevy Trucks have been solid and dependable these new ones have left us on the side of the road on more then one occasion.
I think after reading a couple of the post in the past the Chev with AC (15903) and be fixed, the other two seem to be destined to give us problems.
Any light at all on this situation would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks everyone.
