Where to get a new harmonic balancer?

I´ve located that the Harmonic Balancer is bad on my mothers -92 Bonneville SSEi and now I would like to know where to get a new one?
As I am from Sweden I would like to find a shop online that is accepting creditcards from here.
I found the balancer at GMpartsdirect.com but they will not accept a order from sweden with my creditcard.

Buying the balancer here in Sweden is a rip off (about $430) so I really need advice on shops online.

um i think i can help you on this problem i bought my car from a police auction back in the us and i had to have mine reapled so i went to napa .com or i went google and searched but they run 120.00 over here so my question is to use is when i start my car up it sqeeks so if you know what this is email me at [email protected]
