If it is like a 3rd gen then it is under the dash but WAIT................

It is attached to the left side of the FUSE BOX as you are sitting in the car!

Normally if its the fuel relay it stops and wont start again till it is replaced.

Hi guys, thanks alot for the replys,i appreciate it,as im new to hondas, and know little of their workings.
Ill describe the problem a little better. The second day we had owned it,we drove from a cold start up,about 10 kms down a motorway, just normal speed, nothing over 100kmh,seemed to be running sweet, then when i pulled up and went to turn the car off,the Mrs was getting out and said she heard a clunk or something, its always hard to interperate what another person perceives as a clunk,to you it could be a twang,if ya know what i mean,i never heard it,lol. But i thought "oh no".and went to start the car,it turned over, then fired, went to run, then died.I remember a friends City turbo used to do that, and after much angst,we were told it could be the cat backing up with lead from the high ledded fuel over here?
Anyways,i kept trying to start it,it seemed flodded, but with efi i know thats out of the question.I let it sit for a few muinits, and tried again,it fired and ran not a problem, and and has done it only three times since then (1 month ago).
But on a google search i read somewhere that a guy had the same problem and reckoned it was a relay under the dash somewhere that turns off the fuel pump, and if it shirts its-self when im out in the boonies, ive had it basically, and we all know how good that feels :(
so if that helps with diagnosing the problem, could anyone that has an idea give me one,lol
Ill look for the relay you mentioned chucksnee, cheers for that, and thatnks in advance if anyone can steer me to fix the prob
