I'm not finished...the kit to polish up the lexan was on back order and will be here soon. But just after sanding they look amazingly better, even before polishing them up. Here are the pics.

well i order this micromesh first...but the "Micro Gloss" doesn't do a thing...
http://www.sisweb.com/micromesh/headlight_kits.htm
so then i ordered Scratch-Off from this place...which i'm still waiting for. Hopefully this will polish it up nicely.
http://www.chiefaircraft.com/cgi-bin/air/hazel.cgi?action=serve&item=/Aircraft/Windshields/ScratchRemoval.html
so for a total of about $65 between the two kits and shipping. Not bad compared to replacing them at about $500 each.

i'm guessing the scratches are on the outerpart, the plastic part. I owned a 95 base back a long time ago, and i had scratches, then i traded it in for the 94 which came with the glass headlights, and haven't had a scratch on the glass. Maybe its cause of the plastic covers. But, yes, good job, it does look a lot better!

Those look very nice, I thought you might be done before and they didn't look very polished up at all.

yeah, the previous pics were what it looked like after the first kit, which didn't do much for polishing them up. The second kit i ordered was on back order. I never posted pics when i finally finished with them like a week later. Figured I would post a pic of the final product since someone was asking about the same problem.
UH yeah...sorry about the size of that pic, I will try to rezise it when i get home from work.

I still wanna TRY and do my '94 lights but I'm scared I might mess up since they're like glued shut right now. I'm thinking I'll try some time after I graduate so that in case I mess up, I'll hopefully have some money to pay for new ones seeing that they cost $500 a piece. :o/
