1964 Chevy Impala :Completed

This model took me about two months to build. The paint is tamiya laquer light red pearl over white base with a mural on the trunk. It has all chrome plated parts on the motor and suspension. It has an airbag setup that is plumbed with 1/2" braided lines. And it has a lot of photoetched parts and scripts. The wheels are pegasus two piece wires, and they have chrome and gold spokes with a chrome dish and gold knockoff.

I added shorty antenna's after these pictures were taken..they can be seen in the last pic.

Beautiful work! Great paint and great detail. Just wonderful execution on that car. I am very curious about the mural on the trunk. Hand painted or decal of some sort?

make me cringe with fear. That's just asking to knick the beautiful paintjob. A model so beautifully finished needs to babied, at least that's how I see things.
