SAAB radios with RDS(radio text)

A number of FM stations are now transmitting song title and artist to your radios...anyone have dificulty displaying this text?


I work in radio and have a SAAB owner very upset cuz my station's text causes his radio to lock up. I'm looking for a way for him to disable it.

PS: I do not know what model he has (yet)

How the RDS is disabled should be explained in the owners manual, this do however disable all the RDS fuctions.

I'm however not sure how it is with the RDS function in the US since it mainly was used in Europe.
